My Stollen(German Christmas Bread) is a sweet yeast-based confection with glace fruit, golden raisins, pecans, and a hint of kirsch(Cherry Brandy). Each loaf is individually hand-crafted from a time-honored German recipe and weighs approximately 1.5lbs. It feeds about 6-8 people and it freezes beautifully. Chef Phil recommends broiling buttered slices or enjoying as is with a steeping cup of hot tea or coffee.
